What is Jelly Studio?
Jelly Studio is a space built around carefully curated, indie-inspired collections.
Each drop carries its own little world ~ soft, playful, dreamy, sometimes bold ~ but always intentional.
We create collections inspired by moods, colors, and tiny aesthetics that feel personal and collectible. From our Cherry Drop to future collections inspired by strawberries, sunflowers, clouds, matcha, vintage florals, and more, each release invites you into a new vibe.

How do your collections work?
We release small, themed "drops" instead of large mixed collections. Each drop is curated to feel cohesive ~ pieces chosen to belong together, not just exist side by side.
Will items restock after a drop sells out?
Most Jelly Studio pieces are part of limited drops, so restocks aren’t guaranteed. Occasionally, we may bring back popular items, but we recommend grabbing pieces when they release.
How often do you release new drops?
We release new collections periodically, each inspired by a different aesthetic or mood. Follow along to catch the next world we create ✦

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States ♡ (More locations coming soon…)
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once ready, your package is shipped out shortly after. Every order is handled with care ☁️
Delivery times typically range from about 7–16 days, with most orders arriving within 1–2 weeks depending on your location and demand.
Will I get tracking?
Yes ♡ Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you ⌖
What if my order is delayed?
While we do our best to stay on schedule, delays can sometimes happen.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns for certain items within a limited timeframe. Please check our full Return Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives less than perfect, contact us within a few days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Jelly Studio pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers. We choose items that fit the look and feel of each collection, focusing on pieces that match the aesthetic of every drop.
What is the quality like?
Our products are selected with care, and we aim to choose items that are well-made and consistent with what you see in our photos. While they aren’t luxury or handmade pieces, they’re picked to feel cute, wearable, and in line with the collection’s vibe.
Are your pieces handmade or curated?
Our collections are curated ~ meaning each item is chosen to match a specific theme, mood, or aesthetic. We focus on creating drops that feel cohesive and thoughtfully put together.
Will items look exactly like the photos?
We try to represent each item as accurately as possible. Small differences in color or details can happen due to lighting, screens, or manufacturing variations.

How does sizing work?
Jelly Studio pieces are selected from a range of suppliers, and while detailed sizing charts aren’t always available, we prioritize items that follow standard, true-to-size measurements.
How should I choose my size?
We recommend selecting your usual size for the best fit. When a piece runs differently ~ such as slightly smaller, larger, or intentionally oversized ~ we make sure to note it clearly in the product description so you can choose with confidence ✧
Will sizing be consistent across all items?
Because our collections are curated from different sources, there may be slight variations in fit between items. However, we carefully choose pieces that align as closely as possible with standard sizing to keep things consistent and reliable.
